General Information

When you buy any products us the following terms and conditions will apply to both parties, both yourselves and us. You will be consenting that all goods will be used for domestic use and not for resale.

You must be 18+ years old to place an order on-line, or if younger, be supervised by a parent or guardian with full consent to purchase goods.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the site if any of the terms and conditions are breached.



It is your duty to supply correct contact details when placing an order and that using a false name or invalid credit card will be passed on to the fraud and prevention team.

A confirmation email will be sent to the email address supplied by you at point of placing the order, which includes the items ordered plus VAT included and delivery. It is your obligation to contact us if any of these details are incorrect before the order is dispatched.

Orders placed are subject to stock availability and acceptance. If for any reason products are unavailable within your order, a refund for this item will be given.

Any promotional and discount vouchers are subject to our terms and conditions specified.

No contract exists between both you and ourselves, until acceptance for the order is given and goods are dispatched.

If an order is declined an email will be sent with reasons why.



We accept most major credit cards via Sage Pay and Paypal.

All credit and debit card transactions will be validated and authorised by the issuer, and if declined by them we will not be liable for delays or non-delivery of goods.


Cancelling an Order

Items can be removed from your shopping basket at any time before the final order is submitted.

We allow 24 hours after a confirmatory email is sent for orders to be cancelled, but after this time frame you must send back items (using our free returns procedure) after the package has been delivered.

When you have cancelled an order we will re-credit your account within 30 days, providing items are returned in the same condition in which they were sent.

We supply free returns labels for sending goods back to us.


Delivery & Returns

Goods will be sent to the delivery address given so please make sure all details are correct at point of sale.

Multi goods purchases may be sent separately if certain items are out of stock.

If delivery details are out of the UK then you may have to pay import duties and fees, and pay additional charges for customs clearance, but these vary widely from country to country, but check this with your local customs office for further information.

You can return any items from us up to 30 days of receipt of goods and we do supply free returns labels for sending goods back to us.

Exchanging goods

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods sent to you can be exchanged within 30 days of the receipt, for the same item.


Data Protection

We reserve the right to change information at anytime without notice of prices, services, specifications and descriptions and do not accept liability for any errors contained on-line or in our catalogues.

If secure computer servers are over taken by fraudulent activities we cannot be held responsible, however this is very unlikely and we have taken every measure that data is securely stored and handled.

Under applicable law, we disclaim any warranties of any kind expressed in relation to our products.

We aim to present accurate EKO Sense product images but factors out of our control like different monitors, browsers and colour contrasts been we can not be held responsible for misrepresentation of colour in physical products.

We are happy to exchange goods or give full refunds for faulty, incorrect or damaged goods, but we must be informed in writing, within 10 working days of goods being received by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Nowhere in the conditions shall we exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or our staff.

We have put in place systems as best possible so that you have a happy, uninterrupted and secure shopping experience, and the website is updated constantly to ensure accurate information is given to you, but are not responsible or held liable for content lost in the uploading of information.



All copyrights for content used on our website, catalogues, and images can be downloaded for individual and non-commercial use only.

No permission is given to download, copy or transmit any images or content used in the above for any reason, unless written consent is given by us.


Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions have been given to avoid any problems and must be respected and fully understood by both parties. When placing an order with us you consent and except all areas covered in the terms and conditions.



The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.


Changes to Our General Terms and Conditions

We may change our general terms and conditions as we deem necessary, or as may be required by law. Any changes will be immediately posted on Our Site and you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of our Our Site following the alterations.
